sjöhäxan High energy chiptunes that inspire the greatest of adventures. I was initially drawn in by the gorgeous album artwork, and I now feel that the whole album perfectly builds up the world portrayed, with its ominous castle landscape and otherworldly greenish pastel hues. Highly recommended! Favorite track: Pneumatic Paladin.

Leonard reibstein This was my favorite record last year. It’s so evocative of landscape and of moods. Of sneaking around corners, of shimmering light on water. Of melancholy and exhilaration. It makes me air guitar and there’s no guitar here!!! It’s chiptune, it’s dungeon synth, but it’s got the soul of a metal album with elements of several sub genres. I really hope 2 things: there’s another record in the works, and that Castle Turing takes as long as they need to do it. Favorite track: Sad-horn.
